From discovering what happened during WW2 to exploring the heart and explaining how it functions in science, we are going to have a brilliant year!

Useful information
EVERYDAY - Reading books, home/school diaries and P.E. kits should be in school.
Children’s work and achievements will be celebrated through Arbor and within celebration assemblies.
Homework
Times table Rock stars (TTRS) will be set weekly.
Children need to read at least 4 times a week and should have their diaries signed by an adult.
White Rose Maths books will be set for each unit of learning that the children do, these vary in length and will need to be handed in on the due date sent on Arbor.
Children will have homework set in their SATS book weekly, each Monday. The books should remain in school apart from when completing the work.

Tolkien: Wednesday and Friday
Shakespeare and Sachar: Thursday and Friday
Children will attend school in their P.E. kit on P.E.days.
- White or house coloured T-shirt: blue, yellow, green or blue. (Long sleeve tops can be worn underneath, particularly when cold).
- Blue/black shorts (leggings underneath are permitted).
- Blue/black tracksuit bottoms.
- Blue/black sweatshirt.
- Trainers/pumps.
On P.E. please ensure all jewellery is removed and hair should be tied back.
