Celebrating Learning

Today your child will be bringing home their English book. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to look through the work they have completed in school and celebrate their progress.

Please take a moment to complete the evaluation sheet with your child, discussing their learning and achievements and what they are proud of.

TTRockstar Day

Today the children have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in TT Rockstars Day! We saw some fantastic rockstar outfits and the children completed some amazing maths work with great enthusiasm.

Thank you for helping make the day so special through your support.

Harvest

Thank you so much for your generous support in providing food for our Harvest Festival. Your contributions will help us share with those in need within our community, and they are truly appreciated.

It’s wonderful to see our school coming together to make a positive difference.

Wear it Red

Friday 24th October, we invite all children and staff to wear something red as part of our commitment to raising awareness of racism and promoting equality and inclusion in our school community.

By wearing red, we stand together to say that racism has no place in our society.

Children can wear red tops, accessories, or even full outfits – whatever they feel comfortable in.

Celebrations

The House Champions this week were Team .

The class with the best attendance was class Pullman with 98.08%.

The class with the highest number of readers was class Almond with 87%.

The class with the most TTRS engagement was class Lewis with 72%.

Disco

Don’t forget to get your Disco tickets (6th Novemeber), which will be available from Friday 17th October. It’s sure to be a fun event for the children, and we’d love to see as many of them there as possible!

Don’t forget school is closed for the children tomorrow!

Performing Arts

Help Needed: Prop-Making for Our Upcoming Performing Arts Show ??

The children are extremely excited to be rehearsing this year’s play- Aladdin! To enhance our show and bring it to life we are looking for a few creative volunteers to help us to make props.

We need:

  • A large, 3D, cardboard car (Rickshaw)- big enough to fit four people

  • A 2D decorator’s van with handles

  • Stalls for market traders

If you could help us with any of these at all please come and speak to either Miss Paskin or Miss Shelley- we would be so grateful for any help!

OPAL

Please don’t forget to bring in any loose parts for OPAL! We’re collecting items like buttons, bottle tops, fabric scraps, tubes, and other safe, creative materials to support outdoor play and learning. Every contribution helps spark imagination and fun—thank you for your support!
